1Collection
For over 35 years now Remitex GmbH conducts the collection of used clothes in a reliable, transparent and in-time manner. In collaboration with regional communities and charitable organizations we thereby help to reduce the amount of textiles thrown into the waste bins, where they could not be recycled anymore.
2Sorting
In our sorting facility in Philippsburg-Huttenheim our trained employees sort a daily amount of approximately 30-35 tons of used clothes and prepare them for a further treatment inside a re-ware/re-use cycle. In total, out sorting facilities comprise an area of nearly 20.000m².
3Marketing
In the last step, a competent team of experienced employees takes care of marketing the used clothes to national and international customers, to ensure that the initially disposed textiles find their way back into a closed or open textile recycling loop. Hence, the production of new textiles can be reduced, meaning that a significant amount of natural resources, like water and cotton, can be saved.
